System conversion at Nordzucker AG: Successful, efficient, anticipating
Eight countries, 50 active company codes, 16 production sites, and 1,500 users—the SAP S/4HANA transformation at Nordzucker AG was a complex mission. One particular hurdle was an add-on that had to be adapted for migration to SAP S/4HANA. This was compounded by a demanding data migration, which further challenged the project. Together with T.CON, Nordzucker took on this challenge and set new standards in digital transformation.
Three clearly structured project phases, an 18-month runtime, and an implementation carried out almost entirely remotely under the special conditions of the coronavirus pandemic – the result: a SAP S/4HANA conversion completed on time, on budget, and within scope, budget, and time.
